What's Personal Envisioning coaching?
Personal Envisioning is a telephone-based coaching program unlike traditional life coaching. We use proven envisioning strategies and techniques designed to help you see your life, and your future more clearly. Personal Envisioning allows you to focus 100% on yourself and distill the very essence of your future. With our help, you can create a story so powerful and nuanced that it will influence your decisions and how you live your life.
Destineering founder Denise Mosawi has conducted countless interviews with people who have made changes in their life; in doing so, creating a more compelling sense of purpose and greatly increased their long-term fulfillment. Throughout the Personal Envisioning coaching process we share with you the fascinating insights and discoveries we made during this research. We also guide you through an experience we've created to help you explore how you can bring more of what you love into your life.
The Destineering Philosophy is very simple. We believe that if you heighten your awareness in four key areas, then you dramatically increase the likelihood of arriving at your Destineering Moment – the moment when your purpose, passions and values connect and it's clear what you want to do with your life.
So we've designed a coaching package where we work with you to explore these key areas in detail.
Define your gifts
You are uniquely gifted – you may already have a sense of what you have a special talent for or perhaps you are struggling to define this. Through focused questioning and inter-active exercises that we set you, we help you define where your talents and strengths lie.
Explore your passions
Have you ever explored your passions in detail? What it is you are naturally drawn to and why? We help you gain key insights into what you love doing and why.
Make a difference
One of the keys to being fulfilled in the long-term is believing what you're doing is worthwhile and making a difference in a way that's meaningful to you. We help you tap into what making a difference means for you personally.
Visualize your purpose
Having increased your awareness in the above three areas, we then explore how we can integrate these into creating a meaningful sense of purpose. We use visualization and envisioning techniques so you can explore how to bring more of what you love into your life.
Who is it for?
Personal Envisioning is aimed at people who want to explore the opportunities for their future. People who want to get a better sense of what they are gifted at and passionate about – with a view to creating a picture of where they want to be. It is not counseling or psychotherapy and is aimed at people with positive mental mindsets.
Personal Envisioning coaching can be used as a stand-alone coaching program or as a supplement to a Destineering Retreat.
How does the Personal Envisioning coaching work?
The initial step is to set up a free 45 minute call during which you'll get a detailed understanding of how our Destineering Personal Envisioning coaching works. Both parties can determine whether the coaching is a good fit.
Next, assuming the chemistry and fit is right, we'll set a date for the first coaching session. Prior to the session send you'll receive a series of questions or exercises. There are 4 one-hour long coaching conversations set around these questions and exercises. These coaching sessions are spread over a period of 8 weeks to give you enough time to explore the questions and exercises in detail, so you can focus on your talents, clarify your goals and visualize your future.
After the Personal Envisioning sessions, we can offer regular one-to-one coaching at a frequency of your choice.
How much does it cost?
The Personal Envisioning program is priced at $660.00 Canadian Dollars
plus taxes. This includes all the personal envisioning course materials
and coaching sessions. We call you directly, wherever you are located,
so that you do not have to pick up the cost of the call charges.

Who will be the coach?
The Personal Envisioning coaching will be run by envisioning and life-change expert Denise Mosawi, MBA, the founder of Destineering. With over 19 years of management and consulting experience, Denise has taken a leadership role in the areas of corporate effectiveness, change management and envisioning.
Working for a company that specialized in corporate envisioning, everyday Denise witnessed the tangible results that business could achieve through envisioning techniques and storytelling tools. Corporations were often able to see exactly where they wanted to be and make strides toward actualizing their future more quickly.
Intrigued by the idea of using corporate envisioning techniques to help people visualize where they wanted to be, Denise designed the 'Destineering Experience' to help people define what they truly want to do with their lives. These proven envisioning strategies are integrated within the Destineering Retreats and Personal Envisioning telephone coaching.
Denise also has plenty of her own practical experience around life change. As Head of Organizational Effectiveness for Microsoft UK, Denise coached people to become more effective in their day-to-day work and lives. However, she left her senior management role at Microsoft UK to pursue her passion at the time – ski instructing, which ultimately led to her emigrating from the UK to Canada.
Fascinated by people who had changed their life to do what they love, Denise has completed numerous research interviews. It's this collection of inspiring stories that formed the basis for her in-depth study on people's experience of life change.
We also have a network of qualified and experienced life coaches that can provide you with ongoing life coaching specific in the area you want to focus on.

Our Personal Envisioning is designed with the ultimate aim of helping you arriving at your Destineering Moment – the moment when your purpose, passions and values connect and it's clear what you want to do with your life.
The speed at which people arrive at this 'moment' varies. Some people have a clear vision early on but for most people, the 'aha' moment comes further down the road – when they have had a chance to integrate all that they've learned about themselves and explore the opportunities that lie before them.
When exploring what you want to do with your life and what makes you tick, it's much easier to remember the insights you have if you capture your thoughts visually. So we help you do this by providing envisioning tools for a tangible reference point in the future. For those who want to encapsulate their thoughts into an aspirational story book that they can share with others, we also offer this as an additional service.
